By scheduling and/or attending any session with Norbert Seres, whether in person or by video, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision of these Terms of Service and Liability Release in full. Freedom From Patterns (operated by Norbert Seres, hereinafter "Facilitator," "we," or "us") provides exclusively private wellness facilitation sessions for adult women. These sessions are strictly educational, facilitative, and mindfulness-based in nature. They are not, under any circumstances, medical, psychological, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, or counseling services of any kind.
Sessions are specifically designed to support personal clarity, body-based relaxation, guided somatic awareness, and nervous system comfort through facilitated conversation, conscious breathing guidance, and perspective exploration. The modalities employed may include, but are not limited to:
These services are legally operated in the State of Florida as a private wellness and educational practice. The Facilitator does not hold, claim, or imply any state-issued license in medicine, psychology, psychiatry, psychotherapy, social work, or professional counseling. The services described herein do not constitute the licensed practice of any regulated healthcare profession under Florida Statutes.
Sessions are conducted either (a) in-person as mobile in-home visits to clients within a ten (10) mile radius of Downtown Pensacola, Florida, or (b) remotely via secure video conferencing for clients located anywhere in the world. In both formats, the nature, scope, and limitations of the services remain identical as defined in this document.
NOTICE: The following disclaimer is a material term of this agreement. Your continued use of this site and/or booking of any session constitutes your explicit acknowledgement of and agreement to this disclaimer in its entirety.
Norbert Seres is NOT a licensed medical doctor, physician, osteopath, nurse practitioner, psychiatrist, psychologist, licensed clinical social worker, licensed mental health counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, registered psychotherapist, or professional counselor in the State of Florida or in any other state, province, territory, or jurisdiction anywhere in the world.
The sessions, communications, materials, and guidance provided by the Facilitator do not constitute, and shall under no circumstances be construed as:
Sessions are not intended to, and will not, diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional disease, disorder, or condition, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, personality disorders, eating disorders, addiction, chronic pain, or any other clinical condition recognized under the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) or the International Classification of Diseases (ICD).
The Facilitator strongly encourages all clients to maintain their relationship with licensed medical and mental health professionals and to continue any prescribed treatment plans. Nothing in a session, in any written communication, or on this website shall be interpreted as advice to discontinue, alter, or delay prescribed medical or psychiatric treatment.
Individual results from sessions vary significantly. No specific outcome, shift, change, or result is guaranteed, implied, or promised. Any testimonials or experiential accounts referenced on this website reflect the personal, subjective experience of individual clients and are not a representation of results that any other client will or should expect to achieve.
By booking a session, you ("Client") represent, warrant, and explicitly acknowledge all of the following:
Voluntary Participation. Your participation in any session is entirely voluntary. You retain the right to pause or end any session at any time. The Facilitator will never pressure, coerce, or direct you toward any disclosure, emotional state, or experience beyond what you are genuinely ready and willing to explore.
Booking & Payment Processing. All session bookings are processed through Acuity Scheduling and Stripe, Inc. Your session and time slot are fully secured immediately upon completion of checkout. Payment is collected in full at the time of booking via Stripe's encrypted payment processing infrastructure. The Facilitator does not retain, store, or have access to your full credit card, debit card, or banking credentials at any point.
Cancellation Window. Clients may cancel or reschedule a single session without penalty provided that notice is given at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled start time of the session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or failure to appear for a scheduled session without prior notice ("no-show"), will result in forfeiture of the session fee with no refund or credit issued.
Single Session Refund Policy. Single session fees ($225 per session) are non-refundable once a session has commenced. If a session must be cancelled by the Facilitator prior to commencement due to circumstances within his control, the Client will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
FLORIDA ADVANCE PAYMENT / FUTURE SERVICES DISCLOSURE — REQUIRED NOTICE UNDER FLORIDA LAW.
In compliance with applicable Florida consumer protection statutes governing advance payment for future services, the following disclosure is provided clearly and conspicuously:
Multi-session packages — specifically The Practice (five sessions, $1,350 paid in full at booking) and The Commitment (twelve sessions, $3,200 paid in full at booking) — constitute advance payment for future services to be performed on dates mutually agreed upon after the date of purchase.
These prepaid multi-session packages are explicitly and irrevocably designated for the scheduling of future sessions as described. Once the first session of any prepaid package has commenced, the full package payment is non-refundable. The Client acknowledges that the reduced per-session rate associated with multi-session packages reflects the advance commitment made by both parties, and that this pricing structure constitutes valid and sufficient consideration for the non-refundable nature of the payment upon commencement of the first session.
Prior to the commencement of the first session in any prepaid package, the Client may request a cancellation and receive a full refund, provided the request is made no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the first scheduled session date. After the first session has commenced, no refund, partial refund, credit, or transfer of remaining sessions will be issued under any circumstances.
Session Expiry. All prepaid sessions within a package must be scheduled and completed within eighteen (18) months of the original purchase date. Sessions not scheduled within this window will expire without refund or credit. The Facilitator will make reasonable good-faith efforts to accommodate the Client's scheduling availability within this window.
Remote Session Technical Failure. In the event of a technical failure preventing a video session from taking place, where the failure is attributable to the Facilitator's equipment or connection, the session will be rescheduled at no cost. Technical failures attributable to the Client's equipment, software, internet connection, or environment do not constitute grounds for a refund or replacement session.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE FACILITATOR, NORBERT SERES, AND FREEDOM FROM PATTERNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF INCOME, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO:
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the Facilitator's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. In all cases, the Facilitator's maximum aggregate liability to any Client shall not exceed the total amount paid by that Client for the specific session(s) giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Norbert Seres, Freedom From Patterns, and their respective agents, representatives, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your participation in sessions; (b) your breach of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any claim by a third party arising from your use of the services described herein.
The Facilitator is committed to the complete confidentiality of all personal disclosures, stories, breakthroughs, and information shared within the private session environment. No content of any session will be shared with any third party for any commercial, research, educational, or other purpose without your explicit prior written consent.

The Facilitator will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any legally compelled disclosure where permitted to do so by the terms of the legal mandate. Please note that the Facilitator is a private wellness facilitator and not a licensed professional operating under statutory privilege (such as attorney-client or therapist-patient privilege). Communications in sessions do not carry statutory confidentiality privilege under Florida law.
These Terms of Service and Liability Release are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any conflict-of-law principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, any session, or the services provided by the Facilitator — including disputes as to the formation, validity, interpretation, enforceability, breach, performance, application, or termination of these Terms — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Escambia County, Pensacola, Florida. By agreeing to these Terms, you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in Escambia County.
In the event that any dispute is required or permitted to proceed to formal legal proceedings, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs as determined by the court. The parties agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred, notwithstanding any statute of limitations to the contrary.
The Facilitator reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued booking or attendance of sessions following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Material changes will be indicated by an updated effective date.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. By completing a booking through this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age; that you have read these Terms in their entirety; that you understand them; and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Facilitator with respect to your participation in sessions and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements on the same subject matter.
